Last night, I attended guardian’s Chinese New Year dinner, and let me tell you – it was more than just a festive gathering. This year’s theme, “Own Your Year of Togetherness,” isn’t just a slogan. It’s about carrying the spirit of togetherness not just during CNY but throughout the year.

guardian brought that theme to life, starting with a lion dance that set the festive mood for the evening. It reminded me of how Chinese families gather for a reunion dinner on the eve of Chinese New Year – a tradition filled with laughter, love, and support. This event felt just like that but with friends and the guardian family, inspiring us to enter the Year of the Snake with a sense of balance and reflection.

But it wasn’t just about celebrating. Before heading to dinner, we took a meaningful trip to a guardian store in 1Utama armed with vouchers to shop for health products for retirement homes. I picked up Kinohimitsu Wellsure, hoping it will be useful for the elderly. It was a small gesture, but it felt good knowing we were making someone’s new year a little brighter.

Back at Zuan Yuan Chinese Restaurant, the evening continued with laughter, conversations, and of course, plenty of photos at guardian’s stunning photo booth. While waiting for dinner to be served, we caught up with old friends and made new ones.

And then came the highlight – an eight-course dinner that I’ll review in a separate post (yes, it deserves its own spotlight!). The food, the company, and the moments shared – it all made time fly by so fast that before I knew it, it was time to say goodbye.

guardian doesn’t just sell products; they inspire us to embrace wellness, not only for ourselves but for the people around us. And this Lunar New Year, they’re making it easy to do just that with amazing promotions, giveaways, and even practical balik kampung tips to keep us prepared for the celebrations.
So, what’s your Year of Togetherness going to look like? Whether it’s reconnecting with family, supporting a friend, or even lending a hand to someone in need, let’s make this year one to remember.
