Upgrading Sanctuary At A Glance
For Sanctuary 0 – 15
If you’re in an active alliance like Jardin, upgrading your Sanctuary to Level 16 should be fairly easy. Don’t waste your speedups or diamonds at this stage. Just make sure you follow these steps.
For Sanctuary 16 – 23
We strongly encourage all members to push to Sanctuary Level 16 so you can apply to become a Minister and take advantage of the powerful buffs.
